I SPENT two days...

I SPENT two days ON THE PHONE WITH T&T for this problem. I have been UNABLE to use my bellsouth.net e-mail account since Sept. 23. I was encouraged to change from bellsouth to att.net, which I did. I am NOT able to retrieve any correspondence using that either. I have already lost a job opportunity due to this problem and need to retrieve important correspondence on my bellsouth account. Can you PLEASE help me??

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using for this account?

Two that show up: (POP3)IMAP/SMTP and

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

Smtp.att.yahoo.com
