I purchased a new laptop almost a year ago. I also purchase MS Office Home & Student 2016.

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your laptop, and what operating system are you running?

Yes

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

No. My problem is that I need to recover my Microsoft account information. My MS Office asks me to activate Word or whatever I'm using and stating that my product in not licensed.

I can use the program however it shows that the product is not licensed. I don't remember my email and password ***** used to create a Microsoft account. That is what I need assistance with. I am trying to retrieve my Microsoft account information. If you are unable to assist me with that then I don't need any further assistance.

I initially thought I was opening a Microsoft site. I realized right away that it was your site, however, I still decided to see if you could assist me.Since you were not able to resolve the issue for me, I was able to get the issue resolved from the Microsoft tech support.
