I recently purchased Avasti software but had trouble with my computer and had to wipe everything and re-ibstall Windows 10. Now I notice I have lost the upgrade to my free Avast.

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?

Unfortunately , I don_t seem to find my purchase order.

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

Can you trace this and install my upgraded Avasti for the remaining time. Thank you.
