On 22/9/17 A coonecction...

On 22/9/17 A coonecction to NBN was connected The acc no is(###) ###-####I paid for service in advance The connection to landline (###) ###-#### was offered But i had decided not to proceed with Dodo and did not complete the the action to connect my service I have not had landline service since then

Technician's Assistant: Have you tested the connections by doing a ping utility test?

I do not wish to continue my dodo NBN& landline service with dodo and have cancelled it In trying to connect my land line service with Telstra I am advised cannot be done as Dodo port is connected Can you please let me know who I should contact in Dodo to fix this

No

No just to get my landline freed up The NBN is at Moment still connected as I have paid in advance till it is swapped over to telstra
