I can access websites...

I can access websites and read my email, but when I try to send an email, I get an error message that says my computer is not connected to the internet. I just spent an hour on the phone with att and they say the problem is not with my internet connection but with Hotmail.

Technician's Assistant: How long have you had this issue with your Hotmail account?

For 2 days.

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

Windows 10 automatically installs them when I shut down.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

No. I just want to be able to send email.
