It is my wife's...

It is my wife's cell phone. She switched phones and now she cannot call her family in Germany. We have been customers for quite some time and after I chatted with a Tech I was told I have 4 accounts, also we have no credits. I would like to get these issues resolved.

Technician's Assistant: Have you contacted anyone about your account?

Last week I did, thats how I found out I have 4 accounts. That was quite the shock considering id theft.

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

No just switched phones from Galaxy 5 to LG

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I was told by last week, that we have no credit. We have been using Skpe to chat with Germany for years. 4 accts, and no credit? That is worrying. Thank you.

In order to see if you have credit - you need to login to your Skype account. you can do it at skype.com

That means you are looking at the wrong account

That means you are looking at the wrong account, you probably created a new account while trying to login to the old account.

You need to figure out what is your original Skype account and login to it.

Or add credit to new account you have created.

We have no files on your accounts.

Any one can create a Skype account - there is no way to know who account belongs to.

It could be 1 person with 4 accounts or 4 different people
