I have a new Apple computer. I am 80 years old. sorry! I cannot locate my hotmail account to retrieve any email i've received.

Technician's Assistant: How long have you had this issue with your Hotmail account?

I haven"t used my hotmail acct. in a couple of years.

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

To my computer? All of the time.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

Other than i'm a novice in these things, i need to get to my hotmail as the tech at the lottery place has ent me some instructions there because thats what we signed up with. So sorry!!

Kris, I thought this acct was discontinued a couple of years ago. It seems it is still active at the ca lottery. The tech has sent the instructions to correct this, there. I am so dumb, I just can't figure it out.
