My HP computer and...

My HP computer and 1100 series HP printer seem to be not compatible. I now have 25 items in the queue. Tried everything. Need a house call. I know it will cost $50. May have small issues also. Can we setup a date and time?

Technician's Assistant: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

About 3 years old. It is an Envy (Is that the model?)

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Just a few days. I did get it to work and now it is jammed up.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Electronics Expert to know before I connect you?
