My subs for office 365 personal expired & I did not renew it ,,,, However yesterday am SA time I renewed my subs & tried downloading 365 personal

I have no idea ... if background tasks are being performed? My PC is on all the time as I am a retired disabled female ... have been battling for two days to get up & running

Since the Dealer installed Office for me, I did not bother with any issues until my subs expired .... I only use Outlook to download my emails (Have own ISP here) word, excel & Notes .... Suddenly I was unable to send emails from Outlook as functions were disabled ... that when I decided to renew my subs ,,, Cost wise had no choice

Regret, am unable to afford the Support Services proposed on this site .... Already paid $5 ... Kindly refund me and I will contact the local Microsoft office here in South Africa during Office hours.... to resolve any issues that I had with their downloads
I had to battle even to pay their renewal subscription
