When ever I attempt to log into a page asking for a pass word I get refused. I have contacted the people and they say that my mai must be set on email instead of http Please help

Technician's Assistant: When did you last reset your username and password?

2 days ago after that I have this peoblem

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

No

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

That is all I know the customer service agent told me my account was fine but when she sends me a reset password ***** the URL does not come through in the proper format no underlne nor is it a colored line,
