The roboform icon is not showing on Chrome How do I rectify this please?

I have a PC Lenovoo idea pad Y 700

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

Had to rectify a blue screen so most things are new

I dont thinkl so although I did reload an updated Roboform this morning

The roboform icon is not showing on Chrome. Edge or internet Explorer I have had to renew items on my computer following a blue screen a couple of weeks ago Also I download an update of robofrom this morning but no result

Alright, if it's been a couple of weeks since the blue screen problem I don't think that will be related to the roboform, I wanted to check for a possible broader problem. When you open Chrome, please click the settings button. It looks like three vertical lines.

When you click that, you may see it say New extension added (RoboForm). If you do click that, and then click Enable Extension.

In fact apart from Adblock no other extensions are visible

Alright. Try clicking the three dots at the top right. Then go to "More tools", and then Extensions. Do you see RoboForm there? If so, is it enabled?

Have you seen the RoboForm icon since the bluescreen event? I see you say you updated it this morning, was it working previously (in between a couple weeks ago, to this morning)

It does cost more but I can lower the price from what it displayed to you before. We can continue like this, but we will save time if I can connect. I wouldn't offer if I didn't think it would be more helpful at this point. That is why I check the basics first before offering remote assistance.

I'm not sure which password ***** mean, but you can check the spam folder and see if it's in there.
