We have changes over to outlook.com Things do not seem to be going so well.When I was on the computer a few mins ago, it came up with a message something about Outlook would go with windows 8.1. Is this right

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue?

The computer has not gone well since we changed over from Vodafone, or so it seems to me.

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

That I do not know I thought that it was done auto.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I'm not sure. It may be better if I just get my computer guy. I have not tryed going to the email and trying my password ***** but I know that I can't get into microsoft accounts
