Technician's Assistant: When did you last reset your username and password?

I set everything up in November when I got my new iphone

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

Whatever came up that I was allowed to I have Couldn't tell you what the last one was

I have been to the Apple Store, called a few times and no one can help. This is a little ridiculous. I just want to change my password ***** retrieve the one I set the phone up with
