I had to reinstall...

I had to reinstall Dragon 13 on my laptop. I am now trying to get it going but when I try to reach the activation website I get the message that the website is not reachable.

Technician's Assistant: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?

I have worked on it for several years.

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

The machine runs under Linux. In order to be able to use Dragon I have installed VMware Workstation 12 Player. It worked yesterday with the initial five free uses. But now I need to activate this copy of Dragon 13 and it will not allow me to do that.
