My MS365 account was...

My MS365 account was charged twice in a 10 day period. I tried to log into my account and it says my ID does not exist. I have been using this ID for several years with my MS account so I don't understand what is happening.

Well, last weekend I uninstalled then reinstalled windows to improve the speed of my computer. It took a MS consultant 3 hours of chatting to make it work but it works now. All except the double billing and not recognizing my ID.

you will need to login with each one of them to http://office.com and check subscription status. this way you will know what you are getting billed for.

On the 18th I paid by PayPal then I changed my billing method to a credit card for next year but they charged me again on my anniversary date of the 22nd.

Actually, I see they are not going to bill me until 2019 so I guess I've paid for two years. I think I am OK. I will just log in to my reg MS account and not worry about logging into Office365
