Please do the following to see if you have any internet connection.

Click on the windows logo and type CMD and press enter. This will open a black window into which you can type the following:

ping yahoo.om [ENTER]

You will either get a response "reply received..." or something else. Please let me know what message you see.

I have internet connection. I am unable to connect to internet explorer or Outlook. Was on the phone yesterday with Cox and troubleshooted for an hour. There is nothing wrong with my internet.
