I have been an Aol member for over 15 years. Today When I tried to login it said I didn't have an email address and did not have an Aol account. My email for this entire time is***@******.***. What is going on?

Technician's Assistant: How long have you had this issue with your A.O.L. account?

Today is the first time I know about as I was trying to add my aol email to my new Ipad pro and couldn't make it happen.

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

The IOS 1 just yesterday.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
