I have att.net email and I can not access it. They said I need to change my password ***** don't know how. Can you help?

Technician's Assistant: When did you last reset your username and password?

I don't remember.

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

Yes while online. I am 74 yrs old and have had att email for years.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

ATT was to update email on email.net but don't know enough to know if it has been done.
