Ever since windows 10...

Ever since windows 10 updated about 5 or 6 months ago, I have been unable to reply to emails and/or connect with my printer. It also failed to bring over many of my games and other items contained in my computer's memory.

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your computer? What version of Windows are you running?

I have an Acer Aspire E1-771-6458. I switched the windows program from 7 to 10 when the free offer came out.

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

The computer updates automatically when ever micro soft makes them available.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

If they need any more info they can ask. I really am not very computer literate and don't really know what else to may be relative. At the present these are the most immediate problems.
