I can't get it to print. I used the copy function and now since I did that I can't get it to print from my computer
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Epson XP-440 I just purchased it about 2 months ago
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Core i5 7th Gen
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I just noticed it last week and I don't recall anything happening. I'm getting a message Error - printer could not print. I've checked WIfi and it's good also wifi is showing on the printer as being connected
