I am trying to set up my webmail in Outlook 2016 but it only pulled in my inbox, not my other folders. I need all my folders and saved e mails, how can I do that?
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: I just installed Office 365 today.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no, new comuter, new Office subscription.
