I tried goimg in to the parameters to add play store but it keeps givimg me the same RH- 01 code and that google has stopped.

Can you go to settings, applications.

Press on the three dots on the top right then show system apps

Then locate Google Play Services, press it and press storage then clear data

Restart and tell me if it then opens please
