Hi, ever since my son 'wiped' my computer, due to being hacked...my mouse doesn't worked....I called your support line a couple of weeks ago, who told me to restart the computer....didn't work, tried downloading several drivers, still no luck. Called logitech (mouse) & they told me to call you.... do I need a new computer?

Windows 10 & it's an altec srs?

I've tried downloading some drivers but they still don't work

Sorry, but I'm not very good with this stuff...but the mouse worked fine before the 'wiping' & the printer still works...that's about all I know...
