I am being asked to furnish a password ***** to opening Windows.. Never been asked for password *****

Technician's Assistant: When did you last reset your username and password?

Have neither reset either.

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

No. Computer was down thanks to hurricane Irma and that was when my problem began.

When the file has downloaded (Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client) select Save/Run or Open. If Windows asks, Allow changes to be made. When the file has loaded we should be connected.

Run/Open the program and please send me the numbers

for YOUR ID and Password.

Please do not close Teamviewer else I will not

be able to connect.

Do you see anything at the bottom of your browser screen asking what you want to do with the file?

Or if you use Chrome, is there a rectangular box in the lower left corner of the screen with the teamviewer name in it?

"Join your secure remote assistance session"

When you click I AGREE you should see a small rectangle in the bottom left corner of the Chrome screen.

Inside the box it will say Elsinore Screen Connect Client.

Open that file and say yes to allow changes to be made.
