Case #*****(###) ###-####talking with susmitha s. She tackled a slow computer issue now i have no network connection so blank screen

Technician's Assistant: What's the make and model of your machine? And how long has the screen been an issue?

It's a lenova flat tower and the screen was never the issue ever since i talked with her there's been no network connection

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

It's says no networks available and she took over the computer so i don't know
