I need to find my wifi password ***** I have put the kindle back in factory reset and now am lost.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last reset your username and password?

Recent on password ***** not reset name

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

No my husband went over to Geek Squad and they to.d him to reset to factory defaults. Was fine till I can not remember my password.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I am not up on computer things so really lost.
