I have had a Letgo account with you several months ago. I cannot remeber or locate my password ***** want to start selling items on Letgo and open my account again, and I cannot pull it up on my new IPhone. My son gave me a new IPhone, and my wonderful old Samsung phone is deactivated. Can you help me get my old, or new, account get established on this new phone?

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Samsung? And what operating system are you running?

The Samsun is deactivated. I am using an IPhone It was a Samsung Galazy S4.

I am not sure about the IPhone, but I think so.

I just want to get back to being able to operate on Letgo again, for a minimum of expense. If we cannot do that without going to the $39 Secure Remote expense, please tell me and I will seek help from elsewhere. Thanks.

It has been 10 minutes since I sent my last message--no response. If it takes this long, or longer, for each question; I do not think that this will solve my problem. How do I request a refund of my $5.00 deposit?
