First of all we need to see what is causing the data not to show, what error are you seeing?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I'm not seeing any error, the system will not boot up.
Expert:  Kris R replied 1 month ago.

What does it tell you when you try and boot up? Is it a black screen?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
It gives me a choice... do I want to open Windows normally or do I want to go into repair mode? If I go with "normally" it just has a dotted line that constantly goes across the middle of the screen. If it goes to "Repair" it asks for a password ***** zi don" know it.

Do you need the data on the device?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I need the dats that was created with Lotus SmartSuite. I really do not have to have any other data.
Expert:  Kris R replied 1 month ago.

Okay so you need to get the drive out the laptop and data off, then we can dicsuss how to recover it.

I don't think you understand the issue. I went to a local computer store and they understood the problem immediately. My $31 should be refunded.
