I renewed malware bytes a few days ago. I approved an update and since that time I have been unable to open Malware bytes, start a scan or use any of the options.
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: HP laptop
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Windows ten updates. MB worked after this until clicked on an update from MB.
JA: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It did the same thing before windows ten update. I got a message for MB update and then it stopped working. After windows ten upgrade it worked again until I clicked on a MB update.

Malwarebytes must have been corrupted duing the update, higher possibilities.

You may uninstall the MB and reboot the computer after that you can download and install it back and enter the license code to activate is as a paid version.
