It is possible that someone has hacked into his account.

Have you tried to reset the password ***** the online tool?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I got into his account using a usb and the info came up to reset his password. I want to get rid of having to use a password ***** access his account. I don't have to use a password ***** my account.
