I am frustrated with the nonsense I go through to use any microsoft service. I can't sign in to my outlook account because it sends me in circles asking for various passwords. I can't be identified by my phone number nor through my gmail account information. I can't change my password ***** now I can't purchase a game. This all results from an inability to change my password ***** one password ***** should be able to use for anything microsoft
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your computer? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: HP 15 running windows 10
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes, but I don't remember what. I don't think it was microsoft AND this has been going on for months

I am not paying for this. I just won't buy anything from Microsoft and I will get another e-mail service. I have to use the operationg system, but I swear someone in your organization causes these problems because I don't have any problems like this anywhere else.
