I am having driver problems with my new surface ergonomic keyboard
JA: What's the make and model of your computer? And have you had problems with this keyboard in the past?
Customer: HP envy 27 inch core i7
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: only the keyboard and a logitech mouse with it
JA: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
