Customer Question

I lost my transunion password ***** week ago. Despite many attempts by your telephone support staff, I am still unable to access my Transunion account. I am able to access True Identity and I see on that site that the fraud alert I asked for after I lost my wallet is still in effect as I am being charged $9 a month for its use. I am really stressed out about this. I wanted to delete the fraud alert and instead institute a lockdown of my credit. How can you help? Should I just cancel my Transunion account and start all over?
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: Yes many times. They give me new passwords and even new user names but nothing works
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: not that I can think of right now..other than once I came close to accessing my account but I could not answer the secret question
