Sorry, my question got away too fast.

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer do you have?

An old Dell and I am not very computer savvy. Two weeks ago I signed up for GMAIL under***@******.***; all worked well until today, when my sign-on account disappeared. Earlier today, I sent an attachment with 324 WORD pages to an agent, which may have caused a problem. I sure would like to see my online portal again. What do do? Franz

My sign-on page is missing. Had the (free) account for three weeks and sent an email with WORD attachment of 324 pages this morning. I suspect that this caused a glitch.
