I have only had this computer new since Friday the 8th of this month. went to install printer and it ate my DVD disk. what now??

Technician's Assistant: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?

None I just got this one and first one I have had. decided to switch from HP etc.

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

A few had to install printer from web site

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

Just I want my DVD disk back. its down in computer somewhere I think

I am not willing to pay this fee even for a brand new computer. probably be better off returning. if I open it warrant will void. my zip code is 85031

I have been trying to call Lenovo but cant get to talk to anyone. as soon as you punch numbers they hang up. not sure this is a good computer after all. May just have to return it.
