Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

Sorry I'm not sure and I am having problems accessing my email attachments. I normally download my emails via ms outlook

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I haven't been able to check my emails for the last month and a half due to medical reasons and I only managed to download them today but I cannot open the attachments. Can you please assist on this?
