I have just inserted a new password ***** It was accepted but when I tried to type it in to make a booking I get a message saying its not valid.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: About 1 minute ago.. I have done it twice now and both times rejected.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
