My laptop keyboard does not work. I am using a wireless keyboard

Technician's Assistant: What's the make and model of your computer? And have you had problems with this keyboard in the past?

Toshiba satellite p75-a7200 this actually started back in march of this year. I took it to best buy and they determined it was not a software issue so I went with the wireless but the laptop is only 3 years old and I felt I should reach out to toshiba since this seems like something that shouldnt happen to a relatively new laptop

Not receently but i think i did so a little bit before the keyboard issue started but i am not sure
