I have the full ATt/Directv package and ever since I switched from Sprctrum, I cannot get any directv on any other divice like I used to. I have phoned ATT 3 times and they haven't helped me, even though I have spent at least an hour on each phone call, saying this SHOULD work. Well, it doesn't. I would like a Directv tech to come to my house and fix the problem, since neither I, nor my son, at ATT's instruction, could fix it. How do I go about getting a techie into my home.
