I have gone through the whole set up. It shows my wireless connection. It said the printer was successfully installed. I have unplugged my router and restarted my computer but every time I try to print it gives me an error.
JA: What's the make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: EPSON WF2750 Not sure how old. Got it from Amazon about 6 weeks ago.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Chrome
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Nothing.
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Nothing. I just got around to setting it up today.

Sure. I already loaded the driver links and it said it installed successfully but I will be happy to try again.

Please download the same and follow on screen instructions to add the printer.

Pro tip : If you unplug the router, the printer IP is changed. You need to configure printer again in that case. Please setup the wifi on the printer one more time.
