Restart the computer and keep pressing F12 until you reach the boot menu

Once you reach the menu, please select CD/DVD drive.

Unfortunately, if it is not booting into the CD/DVD even after changing the boot order then either the CD/DVD is not working or the computer will need to be fixed locally.

Inspiron 1510 probably 10 years old. I have the operating system that came with and that's what I've been trying to use the green the green one and what happens when I turn it on it starts to open up and then it goes directly to the blue screen which says repair your computer and they did the error code which is the one up there it said I need restore tools. It is unlocked so I don't need a password ***** boot but it does not boot he's about do anything but system news to this computer repair
