Technician's Assistant: When did you last reset your username and password?

I didn't but on my iPads it says I have to login and I never logged off. I have never logged off and now it tells me I have to log in.

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

I don't think so, but my wife uses the computer also.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

Yes, please use the steps above to reset the password ***** use the new password ***** sign in. It is possible that someone has hacked into your account and changed the password ***** caused you to be signed out.
