My laptop will not accept the password ***** bring up the laptop.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I have not reset it since I first got it in 2014.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: It did do some updates on its own a couple of days ago. I have not used it since.
