JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your computer? And what operating system are you running?

I CANNOT VIEW, AS MY MICROSOFT EDGE IS NOT WORKING,?? When I click on view, Microsoft Edge appears & freezes,“Search or enter web address appears on screen.

- Then press at the same time the two keys Windows logo and R on the computer's keyboard, then type iexplore then click OK.

- Then the Internet Explorer program should open, then can you go to websites in the Internet Explorer program?

Or click on the small Windows logo icon located at the bottom left of the computer's screen, then scroll down, then click on the item called Windows Accessories, then click on Internet Explorer.

- Then see if the Internet works fine in the Internet Explorer program.
