Hi, my work computer is running at 100% cpu and the issue is related to microsoft. What can I do
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your computer? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: windows 7
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Latitude E5440

When you say its related to microsoft, what exactly do you mean? Whats the process in the task manager thats got the processor locked at 100%?

this is a work computer and your access would be blocked. Is it possible to delete and reinstall microsoft without destroying everything else?

All we should have to do is delete / remove the addins in outlook, and that should solve some or most of the issue.

What version of MS office / Outlook do you have? 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 ?
