JA: What's the brand/model/Operating System (OS) of your computer?
Customer: HP Windows 10
JA: When did you purchase your hp? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: About 6 months ago. Haven't tried anything...just tried to re-install a program with a disc, and it will not work

I appreciate your answer. But it doesn't solve my problem. I still cannot use my disc drive. So I would appreciate not being charged the extra $35.00 as I am going to have to take it to the Best Buy to have it removed and be charged there also.
