My Acer Aspire (2 yrs old) when starting up never gets beyond beeping - 3 short, space, 3 short -
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Aspire? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: Model ??? AMD A10?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Not sure...if so, would have been auto from MS. I upgraded to Win 10 last spring.
JA: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
