I need help. I purchased Office 365 yesterday from Microsoft and I do not have it Also we are missing Best Cast which my wife uses for her law firm.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your computer? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: I am not the administer so we will have to work around that one
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes, yesterday Microsoft tried to load Office 365 which I already paid my 99 dollars for.
