I'm sorry about the issue. When did this issue first occur?

Is another browser, such as Firefox, or Chrome, etc. working?
Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

I can use chrome, but I need internet explorer browser for a certain web site I will be using.
It started right after I opened an e mail that may have been spam of some sort.

Please try:

  1. Close all Internet Explorer windows / websites for now.
  2. Click Start , and then click Control Panel.
  3. Open Network and Internet, open Internet Options.
  4. Then click on Delete and delete only temporary internet files.
  5. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
  6. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
  7. Click on Close.
  8. Then open Internet Explorer, and check.

Please let me know. Thank you.

, there, re-check the Internet Explorer... item, then click OK / continue

, once it's done, open Internet Explorer and check.

Solution #4:

- Click on Start\Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\User Accounts -> Manage another account -> Create a new account

, then enter a new account name, then select option Administrator, then click on Create Account.

, then shut down / restart the computer
