It's just a problem on my phone when I am out of US

When you are in the US, it accepts your password? Do you enter your password ***** you are in the US or does it log you in automatically?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.

No password. I do use password ***** desktop and laptop
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
The problem is just my phone

It sounds like it is a password ***** -- Since you are signed in automatically in the US then it is likely that you are using the wrong password ***** of the US.

Have you tried a password *****?
